Review:Finished the first two books of the shiva trilogy - The immortals of Meluha and The secret of the Nagas. Easy read, gripping story line. Highly recommended...I read both the books in one go. The storyline is about the tribal Shiva and his transformation to Mahadev. Mahadev is the title given to the individuals who are born on this Earth with a destiny, to destroy evil in this world. The story is the journey of Shiva, his beloved Sati, and his followers who believe in him. It is about correcting the system which was created long back by Lord Ram, and is now corrupt and requires a new definition. It is about the destruction of beliefs which are outdated and pave the path for a new beginning. A must read for every Indian. Amish Tripathi is brilliant in imagination.
